The manufacturer of BLACK PORK Ibérico ham is ALJOMAR, located in Guijuelo, Salamanca, Spain.

Aljomar is a partner of the Fuentes El Navazo Slaughterhouse – plant number 10.21332 / SA -, the most modern in the sector in all Spain. This reinforces its business model based on the controlled cycle of livestock production, slaughter, cutting and manufacturing. 

The Iberico black pork, raised with Aljomar, in the period close to 60/90 days that it dedicates to feeding exclusively from the montanera, needs 6 to 10 kilos of acorns daily, which it combines with another 3 kilos of grass. Watch a video of Aljomar in Chinese here and another in English here.
